Fixed scope and price

Agreed before any work starts. You know exactly what you are paying and what you are getting.

Zero commissions

We take nothing from any vendor. The tool we recommend is the one that fits, not the one that pays.

Before you book answered

A full end-to-end system typically starts from €10,000, and the final figure follows the scope. For a defined project we agree a fixed scope and a fixed price up front, with no hidden costs; for ongoing or open-ended work we bill by time or on a simple monthly arrangement. Either way, you will know exactly what you are paying and what you are getting before any work starts.

A full end-to-end build, from strategy through to training, takes about 3 to 4 months on average, depending on how complex your setup is. We work in stages and get the useful parts live early, so you see value along the way instead of waiting for one big launch at the end.

Usually within a week or two of our first call. We keep the intake light: one discovery conversation, a look at your current setup, and a clear proposal. If something is urgent (a migration deadline, a pipeline that stopped working), say so and we will plan around it.

Because we work for you, not for the tools. A vendor sells you their platform whether or not it fits, and many agencies resell whatever pays them a commission. We take zero commissions from anyone, so the only thing we are selling is the system that is right for you. And we judge our own work by your results (more clients, kept longer, less time wasted), not by how many things we ship.

Yes, when they serve the revenue system. Our core work is CRM, integrations, and automation, and those systems rarely stop at the CRM: client portals, forms, internal tools, and the website pieces that feed your pipeline are often part of the build. And when your expertise itself is the product, we design and build it end to end, into something your clients pay for. If what you need is a website with no revenue system behind it, we will say so honestly and point you to the right kind of partner.
